On 28 June 2018, Ozicare stopped offering life insurance to new customers. Existing policyholders will continue to be covered and Hannover Life Re of Australasia Ltd (“Hannover”) remains your insurer. This will not be changing.

Genus Life Insurance Services purchased the administration rights to the existing Auto & General life insurance portfolio in August 2021. The service fees that Auto & General Services received to administer your policy from Hannover, will now be payable by Hannover to Genus Life Insurance Services. These policy administration service fees remain the same. The change will not result in additional fees payable by policyholders.
